I, the undersigned, voluntarily participate in sessions with Dominique Ceara, which may include:

Breathwork
Somatic Healing (Kundalini Activation, Soul Massages)
Coaching

I understand these sessions are holistic practices and do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Health & Safety Responsibility

I confirm that I am responsible for my own health. I will inform the facilitator of any conditions, including but not limited to:

Mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, psychosis)
Neurological conditions (e.g., epilepsy, history of seizures)
Heart, respiratory, or joint conditions
Pregnancy

I acknowledge that if I am taking medication for depression or anxiety, or have any of the conditions above, I must consult with my doctor before participating.

Session Experience & Recommendations

Sessions may involve energetic shifts, emotional releases, and physical sensations (e.g., warmth, tingling, muscle twitches).
I will avoid alcohol, drugs, and heavy meals after the session for optimal integration.
I take full responsibility for my experience.

Data Protection & Privacy

I consent to the collection of my name, contact details, and health disclosures for session facilitation. My data will be handled confidentially, stored securely, and not shared with third parties. I can request access, correction, or deletion of my data at any time by emailing hi@dominiqueceara.com.
