1. Services

Dominique Ceara offers Breathwork, Somatic Healing, and Coaching services. These sessions aim to enhance your well-being and personal growth. Furthermore, all sessions are tailored to individual needs and goals, providing personalized guidance and support.

2. Booking and Payments

Booking:
• You must book all sessions in advance through our website or via direct contact.
• We will confirm your booking via email.

Payments:
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• In addition, we accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations:
• If you cancel up to 24 hours before the session, a 50% fee applies.
• However, if you cancel within 24 hours, the full fee applies.

Rescheduling:
• You can reschedule 1:1 sessions without any penalty if you do so at least 48 hours in advance.
• For rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, the full fee may apply.

4. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for completed sessions. Therefore, please consider your availability carefully before booking.

5. Confidentiality

• We keep all personal information and session content confidential.
• We will not disclose any information to third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law.

6. Disclaimer

• Our services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always seek advice from your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
• Dominique Ceara is not liable for any decisions or actions you take as a result of our coaching sessions.

7. Code of Conduct

• We expect all clients to behave respectfully and appropriately during sessions.
• Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Consequently, it may result in termination of services without a refund.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Dominique Ceara reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be posted on our website. Therefore, your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
