Dominique Ceara (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers digital courses, coaching programmes, and related wellness content. By accessing our website at www.dominiqueceara.com or purchasing any product or service, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full.

Digital products

THE BREATHWORK MASTERCLASS and any other digital courses, workbooks, or downloadable resources sold by Dominique Ceara are digital products delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you will receive access credentials or download links via email.

Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable
You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce any course content in any format
All content is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Dominique Ceara
Access may be revoked without refund in the event of a breach of these terms

Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any digital product or coaching package purchased through Dominique Ceara.

Digital courses

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Swiss consumer protection law, consumers ordinarily hold a right of withdrawal on digital purchases. By completing your purchase of THE BREATHWORK MASTERCLASS, you expressly request immediate access to the course content.

You waive your right of withdrawal in full once the first module of the course has been accessed. No refund will be issued from that point, regardless of how much of the course has been completed.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to content, please contact us at hi@dominiqueceara.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Coaching packages

Coaching is sold exclusively as packages. All package purchases are non-refundable. No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions within a package under any circumstances. By purchasing a coaching package, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy in full.

Coaching sessions - scheduling & rescheduling

All 1:1 coaching sessions are delivered as part of a purchased package and must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Booking confirmation will be sent via email.

Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be accommodated and the session will be marked as completed and deducted from the package.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice - session is forfeited and marked as completed
No-shows - session is forfeited and marked as completed

There are no cancellations or refunds for individual sessions within a package. Packages do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Health disclaimer & contraindications

All services and digital products offered by Dominique Ceara, including THE BREATHWORK MASTERCLASS, are for educational and wellness purposes only. Nothing in our content constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it should not be treated as such.

We strongly recommend that you consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating in any breathwork practice if any of the following apply to you:

You are pregnant
You have a cardiovascular condition, including high blood pressure or a history of stroke
You have a respiratory condition such as asthma or COPD
You have a history of epilepsy or seizures
You have recently undergone surgery
You are currently being treated for a serious medical or psychiatric condition, including anxiety disorders, PTSD, or trauma-related conditions

By accessing THE BREATHWORK MASTERCLASS, you confirm that you have read and accepted the full Participation Agreement & Health Waiver presented at the point of entry. That agreement forms part of your contractual relationship with Dominique Ceara.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in any service or digital product offered by Dominique Ceara. By completing a purchase or accessing any content, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only participate with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms & Conditions on your behalf.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our digital products - including text, video, audio, graphics, course structure, and written materials - is the intellectual property of Dominique Ceara and is protected under Swiss and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for your own learning purposes is permitted.

Breathwork as a practice draws on a long tradition of somatic and wellness disciplines. References to established breathing techniques within our content are used for educational purposes and do not imply original authorship of those techniques by Dominique Ceara.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dominique Ceara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or digital products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions or through our digital products is treated with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose any session content or personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Code of conduct

We expect all clients and course members to engage respectfully and appropriately in all interactions with Dominique Ceara, including within any community spaces, live sessions, or direct communications. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of access to services without refund.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by contract.

We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any concerns informally before pursuing formal proceedings.

Changes to these terms

Dominique Ceara reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
