Important Information for your journey
Arrival:
Arrive and settle on your mat at least 10 minutes before we begin. This helps calm your nervous system and creates a peaceful space for you.
What to bring:
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement.
Pre-session nourishment:
Opt for light fruits and vegetables, and avoid heavy meals for at least three hours before the session. Drink plenty of water until about an hour before we begin.
Mindful choices:
Refrain from alcohol or drugs for 24 hours prior to the session to enhance your receptivity.
Health considerations:
If you’re pregnant or managing mental health challenges (such as depression, schizophrenia, or epilepsy), please let me know beforehand for your safety and well-being.
