1. Services: Life coaching, breathwork, somatic healing (Kundalini Activation)
• Dominique Ceara offers life coaching, breathwork- and somatic healing (Kundalini Activation) sessions designed to enhance your well-being and personal growth.
• All sessions are tailored to individual needs and goals, providing personalized guidance and support.

2. Booking and Payments:
Booking:
• All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or via direct contact.
• Confirmation of your booking will be provided via email.

Payments:
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations: 
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the session incur in a 50% fee; within 24 hours, the full fee applies.

Rescheduling:
• 1:1 Sessions can be rescheduled without any penalty if done at least 48 hours in
advance.
• For rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours, the full fee may apply.

4. Refund Policy:
• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

5. Confidentiality:
• All personal information and session content will be kept confidential.
• We will not disclose any information to third parties without your explicit
consent, except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer:
• Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis,
or treatment.
• Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider
with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
• Dominique Ceara is not liable for any decisions or actions taken as a result
of our coaching sessions.

7. Code of Conduct:
• We expect all clients to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate
manner during sessions.
• Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and
may result in termination of services without refund.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions:
• Dominique Ceara reserves the right to update or modify these terms and
conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services
signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
